In his early 20’s he held the position of Head Chef at Sir Anthony Van Dijck Restaurant in Antwerp where he maintained their Michelin** status. Dennis discovered his passion for catering and events when he was appointed Executive Head Chef of Rhubarb Food Design “on the River” in London.Dennis has a wide range of skills, knowledge & techniques that he enjoys to impart to others in No.7 Cooking Days & Lunch & No.7 Catering services.
is Hertfordshire born & bred & handles most of the day to day general activity and bookings for No.7. Julietta first discovered her passion for quality food preparation & front of house services when working with Rose & Jean-Charles Carrarini at Villandry Restaurant in London during her Fine Art Degree at Chelsea School of Art. Julietta is also a qualified & experienced Complimentary Healthcare practitioner & loves to bring her wealth of knowledge of nutrition to add a healthy twist to our menus.
